About Anytime RC

Ever wanted to run laps, make adjustments and go test the changes on your buggy, truggy or truck, but it was outside of normal operating hours? That is the reason that Anytime R/C exists! The vision is to create a clubhouse environment where like-minded racers and enthusiasts can come when it is convenient to their schedule, work on their equipment in first-class facilities and run laps with state-of-the-art timing.

Any electric powered 1/10th scale or smaller race vehicle on practice days. Electric motors only.

Basic

Platinum

$300monthly
  • 24/7 Access, One free Weekly Club racing entry, one free transponder for first month, Anytime R/C T-shirt.

One Day Pass

  • Practice Day Access – 11a-7p Tuesday – Sunday.

Rules and Etiquette

Facility Rules and Etiquette

  1. LiPo bags must be used when charging.
  2. Voltage not to exceed 4.20 volts per cell. 1S no more than 4.20 volts. 2S no more than 8.40 volts.
  3. Battery temperatures not to exceed 110 degrees.
  4. Sharp edges on chassis, bodies and wings must be rounded.
  5. No soft pack batteries in vehicles.
  6. Closed toed shoes required
  7. Verbal abuse will not be tolerated. Respect your fellow racers, marshals, race director, spectators and staff.
  8. This is a family friendly facility. Foul language, alcohol and smoking are prohibited.
  9. Parents are responsible for their children at all times – children are not to be left unattended.
  10. No pets to be allowed in the facility.

Raceday Rules and Etiquette

  1. All cars must conform to appearance, radio, general, battery and motor rules and comply with the ‘spirit’ of your class. All decisions of the track/race director organizing a race concerning appearance and ‘spirit’ are final.
  2. Missing the driver’s meeting will result in you starting at the back of the grid for the main you qualified.
  3. Pit mats must be used.
  4. The racetrack is one way.
  5. The Race Director has the final say.
  6. Minimum of 3 cars to run a class.
  7. Keep your pit space free from litter.
  8. Tech failure will result in loss of qualifying effort or main result.
  9. It is your responsibility to marshal the next race. If you cannot marshal, it is your responsibility to find an alternative. Marshals must be 12 years or older.
  10. Racers and marshals must wear closed toe shoes.
  11. Verbal abuse will not be tolerated. Respect your fellow racers, marshals, race director, spectators and staff.

  • What timing system is being run? – Anytime R/C has installed the most recent version of the MyLaps RC4 timing system powered by LiveTime. Anytime does have RC4 Pro transponders available for purchase or rent.
  • Is there storage? – Anytime R/C does not have on-site storage available.
  • Are parts available for purchase? – Anytime is currently focusing on providing the best on-track experience possible and does not have a pro-shop at this time.
